Cynthia is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is committed to nurturing the well being of her clients:

Her background in healthcare has honed her skills at being able to get to the root of the problem, and provide the individualized care you need to help your body heal itself on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
In conjunction with her general massage practice, she is particularly passionate about supporting pregnant women and has specialized training in Pre and Perinatal Massage Therapy.
In addition to being an LMT, she is also trained in Reiki, is a certified HypnoBirthing® Instructor in the Mongan Method, and is a Canadian Registered Midwife.
Cynthia nurtures her own emotional, physical and spiritual well being through her regular practice of yoga, Reiki, and spending time outdoors connecting with nature.

The Feldenkrais Method®
The Feldenkrais Method of somatic education is a unique approach that will help you unlock your body’s potential for enjoyable, pain-free movement. Working with gentleness and increased awareness, you will calm your nervous system, reduce pain and muscular tension and discover new, more pleasurable, more efficient movement possibilities. You can book a private Feldenkrais session tailored to your specific needs and/or attend a group class.

In this multi-modal, monthly support group, we will explore many ways to address the physical and emotional components of chronic pain and discover new possibilities of health and wellbeing.
Kaila Mitchell LICSW

Kaila is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) that has been working within the mental health community of Tri Cities for over 10 years. Since graduating from Walla Walla University school of Social work with an MSW in 2013, Kaila has worked as a mental health professional for the Transitions Crisis Bed with Lourdes Counseling Center, to address immediate needs of safety including severe depression and anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and symptoms of psychosis. In 2016 Kaila started working as a therapist to provide more long term interventions to community members.
As a therapist, Kaila is able to walk along side people and offer emotional support and expertise is addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, anger,self-esteem, behavioral issues, and more. With a special interest in understanding how Nutritional and Integrative Approaches to mental health symptoms, Kaila has a different approach to traditional talk therapy, also incorporting mind/body healing practices. Kaila is also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotional Regulation, Hypnotherapy techniques, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, and Person Centered Therapies, with a continued interest in EMDR, Tapping, and other alternative forms of therapeutic intervention.

My purpose is to provide a non-judgemental, supportive, and educational space to allow for true, integrative healing to begin. Kaila has been married for almost 10 years, and lives in the Tri Cities with her huband and two sons. Kaila enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, learning new recipes to cook with her husband, and exploring the world, with a special affection for Scotland.
