NATUROPATHIC HealthCARE

 Naturopathic doctors (NDs) are family practice-oriented primary health care doctors. Naturopathic training consists of a four to five-year, graduate level, accredited naturopathic medical school program. After graduation, NDs must pass national board examination to become licensed and must complete required yearly continuing medical education (CME) to maintain that designation. Naturopathic Doctors in the state of Washington can practice as Primary Care Providers, diagnose and treat, order and interpret labs and imaging, refer to specialists, and when necessary prescribe pharmaceuticals.
